The Naval War College and the Foundation organised a conference on the topic “Eleftherios Venizelos” on June 18th, 2003 at the Naval War College (Athens).

Eleni Gardika Katsiadaki, Historian, Researcher at the Academy of Athens and scientific advisor of the Foundation on the topic “Thoughts on the significance of the Balkan Wars”.
Nikolaos Emm. Papadakis, CEO of the Foundation on the topic “Eleftherios Venizelos. Strategic Choices, 1914-1918”.
Giorgos Margaritis, Substitute Professor of Political Science at the University of Crete on the topic “Maritime power in Venizelos’ policy”.
Evanthis Hatzivasiliou, Lecturer of Modern History at the University of Athens on the topic “Security and foreign policy, 1928-1932”.
The conference was organised under the auspices of the Ministry of National Defense.
