Venizelos of Crete:Tribute.

The Foundation organised an event on the occasion of the 70 years of the death of Eleftherios Venizelos, on Thursday, July 27^th, 2006, at 20:00, at the building of Administrative and Scientific Services in Halepa.

The speaker was Haralambos Bournazos, history researcher, on the topic "Cretan Venizelos (1864-1910)". Texts were read by Vagelis Kakatsakis, teacher - writer.
During the event, Ioannis Filis, former member of the Board of Directors f the Foundation and former Chancellor of the Technical University of Crete, was acclaimed associate of the Foundation.
