11 Oct International screenings of the documentary about Venizelos
The successful international journey of the documentary “Venizelos, Struggle for Asia Minor” continues, with screenings all over the world.
The documentary was screened at the South Florida Greek Film Festival on October 15 and at the Australian Greek Film Festival, in Melbourne on October 21 and in Sydney on October 28. Also, on November 4, it was screened in London, at an event organized by the Anglo-Hellenic League and the Centre for Hellenic Studies at King’s College for the Treaty of Lausanne. On November 5, it participated in the Greek Film Festival in Montreal, and from November 16 to 19 at the Greek Film Festival in Houston.
On December 2, it will be screened in Perth, in collaboration with the Australian branch of the Eleftherios Venizelos Foundation, the community of Evangelismos, and the Cretan Federation of Australia and New Zealand.
The documentary “Venizelos, Struggle for Asia Minor” is a co-production of the National Research and Studies Foundation “Eleftherios K. Venizelos,” ERT (Hellenic Public Broadcasting Corporation), and Long Run Productions, with the support of the Hellenic Parliament.
