Its aim is to present and analyze the role of the museum in the experimental teaching, as well as its contribution to the development of skills, knowledge and meaningful experience for every person and especially for the new generations. The seminar includes the practical approach of several issues through experiential activities using the precious material of historic residence of Eleftherios Venizelos. assimilation of knowledge. Through this way of working will convert theory into immediate experience in order to:
- Talk about the museum within the museum
- Study the historical, and other everyday objects, as teaching aids for interdisciplinary teaching
-
Investigate the relationship between formal education (which mainly characterizes the school) and informal education (which is the key feature of the educational activities and experiences in the museum).
The seminar will join 30 individuals (positions filled). However, given the very high degree of interest the seminar will be repeated in the near future.
Certificates will be given after the seminar.
